The proportion of tumors showing perturbations in a given pathway is shown in green. Proportion of genes in each pathway with a perturbation across all affected tumors is shown in red bar. Pathway perturbation frequency score (blue bar) shows how often a pathway is perturbed but taken in consideration of the pathway size.
