Skewed TCR repertoire in human CD8⁺ T cells developed in NSG-HLA-A24/HHD WT1-TCR gene–transduced HSC recipients. CD8⁺GFP⁺tetramer⁺ T cells were purified from an NSG-HLA-A24/HHD mouse transplanted with WT1-TCR-transduced human HSCs.
