(A) CD45− CD41 SP, VE SP, DP, and double negative (DN) populations were sorted from day 6 iICN1 EBs with or without Dox induction (0.5 μg/mL) from days 3 to 5 during EB differentiation and subjected to microarray analysis for gene expression.
