Figure 6. RAE-1 is persistently induced on colonic epithelial cells in GVHD-inflicted mice treated with isotype control but not anti-NKG2D antibody. Irradiated Balb/c mice were transplanted with B6-derived BM alone or with B6-derived BM cells and FACS-sorted CD8+ T cells. The mice were treated 3 times per week with either isotype control antibody (IgG) or anti-NKG2D antibody. Frozen sections of colonic tissue were obtained from the mice at the indicated time points.
