Heightened expression of 7 genes in response to IL-4 in lymphoid cell lines overexpressing STAT6 mutants. The stable cell lines OCI-LY7 and OCI-LY8, expressing various STAT6 constructs as indicated, were left unstimulated (blue) or stimulated with IL-4 (red), and the expression of 7 genes was measured by qPCR. Data were normalized to the expression of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) and to the measurements for the unstimulated FG9 (vector only) cells. Displayed are δ Ct values.
