AGI-6780 reverses IDH2 R140Q-induced histone hypermethylation expression in a dose-dependent manner. Expression of R140Q increases H3K4me3, H3K9me3, H3K27me3, and H3K36me3 methylation. Seven-day treatment with AGI-6780 reverses the hypermethylation in a dose-dependent manner at all 4 marks.
