Following removal of adipocytes, the liver was composed of 3.7 ± 0.6% lymphoblastic cells, 5.3 ± 1.5% mature myeloid cells, and 68.5 ± 10.2% erythrocytes (N = 3; Figure 1A). In comparison, the spleen contained 31.3 ± 12% lymphoblastic cells, 5 ± 0.8% mature myeloid cells, and 60.7 ± 15.5% erythrocytes (N = 3).
