The thicker regions of the bars distinguish the coding region from the 5′ and 3′ untranslated regions (UTRs). Arrows indicate the strand orientation (forward [+] or reverse [−]) of the annotation. For GP9, there are 3 exons and 2 introns. In GP9, the 5′ UTR ends just beyond the start of the third exon (at the ATG start codon of the coding region), and the 3′ UTR starts near the end of the third exon (after the TAA stop codon).
