Syk, PI3K, and PKC in the killing of C albicans. Untreated and treated neutrophils with inhibitors of Syk: R406 (2.5 μM) or Bay (2.5 μM), the PI3K inhibitors Wortmannin (100 nM), or LY294002 (10 μM) and the PKC inhibitor Go6983 (20 μM) were cocultured overnight with C albicans–GFP and clusters of hyphae were assessed microscopically.
