The change in the mutant allele frequency in the RNA between time points (y-axis) was plotted against the change in the mutant allele frequency in DNA (x-axis) from the early time point to the late time point for each patient. The size of the point on the plot represents the degree of statistical certainty as measured by a Bayesian hypothesis test assessing simultaneous change in both DNA and RNA mutant allele frequency between time points. The degree of the similarity is represented by red (more similar) and blue (less similar), and the significance of the difference is represented by the size of point (larger point indicates greater significance).
