Hierarchical clustering across all 14 samples based upon gene expression of our previously identified, frequently mutated genes was performed. Only those genes with at least 1 mutation in our RNA sequenced subset of 14 samples are shown. The presence of a mutation in a gene with FPKM >3 is denoted by an orange square and genes with an FPKM <3 is denoted with a purple square. The size of the square reflects the frequency of the mutant allele as compared with the WT within our RNA-seq data.
