Quantification of IL-17F and IL-17A mRNA in MF and benign skin biopsies. Skin biopsies were obtained from individuals with MF, chronic dermatitis (CD), psoriasis (PSO), and volunteers with normal healthy skin (NS) and used for RNA extraction as described in the methods section. QPCR was performed using primers specific to IL-17F, IL-17A, and GAPDH mRNA. The expression of IL-17F and IL-17A was normalized to GAPDH so that the levels shown represent copies of IL-17F or IL-17A mRNA per 1000 copies of GAPDH mRNA.
