IM-9 and Chinese hamster ovary cells were taken as positive and negative controls, respectively. (C) Human cord blood-derived CD34+ cells were cultured in serum-free medium with 20 ng/ml TPO for 13 days. The expressions of GHR (green fluorescence), CD34, and CD41 (red fluorescence) in the cells were detected by confocal microscopy. DAPI was used for nuclear staining (blue fluorescence). All data are from 3 independent experiments.
