Plerixafor treatment durably maintains peak and trough leukocyte subset levels above baseline for at least 6 months. Patients had complete blood counts and differentials measured at the National Institutes of Health at the times indicated on the x-axis either just before a dose or every 3 hours for 9 hours after a dose, and peak (green diamonds) and trough (red squares) values were plotted.
