T-LGL leukemia immunodominant clonotypes are generally not found in healthy controls. Further analysis of dominant CDR3 clonotypes discovered by traditional sequencing methods as well as deep sequencing supports the notion of clonotypes private among patients with T-LGL leukemia because these sequences were, with a few exceptions, not found in healthy controls.
