Homology assessment. All immunodominant CDR3 sequences were analyzed for the presence of 100% homologous sequences in healthy controls (n = 24). Green squares indicate a sequence match at the basal level (<50 copies per million), whereas increasing intensity to red corresponds with a higher number of reads. Dominant sequences found in T-LGL patients were generally found in other T-LGL patients but were largely absent in healthy controls.
