Diversity of the healthy T-cell repertoire. NGS of the T-cell repertoire in a healthy volunteer identifies specific CDR3 amino acid sequences within T-cell receptor beta variable (TRBV) and T-cell receptor beta joining (TRBJ) families. The 15 most frequent CDR3 sequences and number of unique sequences/total productive reads are shown for selected TRBV vs TRBJ groupings. The ratio between unique sequences and total reads illustrates the level of diversity.
