Suz12^Plt8/+ mice have elevated numbers of B lymphocytes in the peripheral blood. Automated leukocyte counts from peripheral blood performed on (A) 4- and (C) 8-week-old Suz12^+/+ and Suz12^Plt8/+ mice. Enumeration of blood B and T lymphocytes in Suz12^+/+ and Suz12^Plt8/+ at (B) 4 and (D) 8 weeks of age. Data represent mean ± standard deviation.
