Summary of quantitative features for the 17 protein classifiers identified. The 19 box plots (see Table 1 for protein names) show the results of mass spectrometric quantification and protein identification. We finally identified 19 peptides out of 91 candidates in Figure 3, which were assigned to 17 proteins. Proteins identified from 2 distinct peptides were shown as GLYM (peptides 1 and 2) or PRG2 (peptides 1 and 2).
