(A) hCMEC/D3 cells were pretreated with 100 nM Bafi A1 for 1 hour and then stimulated with the indicated concentrations of PolyI:C. Nuclear lysates were prepared, and expression of IRF3 and IRF7 was examined by immunoblot analysis.
