CD19CreNotch2+/+ and CD19CreNotch2fl/fl mice on a C57 BL/6 background were immunized with mouse PF4/heparin. Sera were collected at the indicated time points after immunization. The different isotypes of PF4/heparin-specific antibodies were measured by ELISA. (B) Production of PF4/heparin-specific IgG2b and IgG3 antibodies in C57BL/6 mice.
