Hematologic toxicity using ²¹¹At-B10-30F11 and BMT. Nonleukemic SJL/J mice were injected with 0.67 nmol of B10-30F11 labeled with either 12 (●) or 24 (♦) µCi ²¹¹At. Control mice were given 24 µCi ²¹¹At-B10-rat IgG (♢) or BMT alone (○). Mice were bled at 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, and 26 weeks to assay for (A) white blood cells (WBCs), (B) hemoglobin, and (C) platelets.
