(A) Clot retraction of PRP containing PDK1f/f and PDK1−/− platelets in the presence of dimethylsulfoxide, 10 μM SB, 100 nM Wort, 1 μM SH6, or 10 μM SB combined with 100 nM Wort or 1 μM SH6. (B) Two-dimensional retraction of clots was measured using National Institutes of Health Image J software, and the data were expressed as retraction ratios (mean ± standard error of the mean from 3 separate experiments). Statistical significance was calculated using an independent sample Student t test.
