Effect of autophagy inhibition on the presentation of the pp65 structural antigen by HCMV-infected fibroblasts. Responses of pp65-specific T cells to HCMV-infected fibroblasts treated with chemical inhibitors of the antigen processing pathway. Fibroblasts were treated with inhibitors before and after infection with HCMV strain Toledo. Antigen presentation assays were performed at 16 hours after infection. Shown are the responses to HLA-A2/NLV (A) and HLA-B7/RPH (B) epitopes. Also shown are T-cell responses to surface-loaded controls.
