Peripheral blood naive T cells were stimulated with αCD3/CD28 beads in media alone or treated in addition with 100nM 1,25-(OH)₂D₃ (Vit.D3) ± IL-12 (12.5 ng/mL; A), or with 200nM RA or 2μM LE540 (B).
