SLC35D3 is enriched in early endosomes in G1ME cells. G1ME cells were doubly infected with recombinant retroviruses expressing GATA-1 and HA-SLC35D3 or SLC35D3-HA and analyzed 4 days later by deconvolution IFM as in Figure 2.
