BCR controls chemoresistance of CLL cells via UGCG. Analysis of UGCG enzyme expression was carried out via quantitative RT-PCR. A significant induction of UGCG enzyme expression could be induced after BCR stimulation for 3 hours (n = 19, P = .0001). Data are mean ± SEM of 19 independent experiments.
