Complement components are abundantly expressed in an alternative activation-dependent manner. The expression of genes in the complement and coagulation cascade (KEGG pathway mmu:04610). For reference, the median and 90th percentiles of expression for all expressed genes are included (solid and dashed red lines, respectively). In addition, highly expressed marker genes Chi3l3 (YM-1) and Retnla (RELMĪ±) are included for reference.
