Basal oxidative stress status is predictive of treatment outcome among patients with ABC-DLBCL, but not GCB-DLBCL. OS response of patients with DLBCL according to ABC/GCB subtype status and expression level of a cellular oxidative stress gene signature. ABC-specific prognostic significance is observed in a CHOP cohort (GSE10846) and an R-CHOP cohort (GSE31312).
