Auto-MSCs suffer less cellular injury than allo-MSCs after contacting with serum. Serum from donor 741 were incubated with MSCs from donor 741(auto) and donor 731(allo) at 37°C for 30 minutes. C3 deposition on the cell surface (incubated with 30 μL of serum) was assessed by flow cytometry (A), and MSCs cytotoxicity was assessed by measuring levels of BCECF leaked into the culture supernatants (B).
