(B) Significant acquisition of HLA-G by unstimulated but not stimulated T cells after 2 hour coincubation. (C) CD86 mRNA expression in monocytes and T cells (> 90% pure) of 4 blood samples, which had a high CD86 protein expression on peripheral blood T cells.
