An ubiquitylation reaction with all components (Complete rxn) was also conducted. High-molecular weight adducts corresponding to ubiquitylated Tax is indicated (Ubn-Tax). Unmodified Tax protein (Tax) and molecular weights (in kDa) are indicated.
