Identification of candidate genes on 7q by mapping CDRs by SNP-A. Three distinct CDRs, indicated by horizontal rectangles, were identified on 7q by mapping of SNP-A karyotyping. The connected keys show the candidate genes contained in each CDR; those genes sequenced in a test cohort of 50 patients with LOH 7q are in bold.
