Three biologic replicates of time-series data of Th17 polarized or control cord blood CD4+ cells were hybridized to Illumina Sentrix Human HT-12 Expression Version 3 BeadChips. The differential expression analysis was performed for the probes having a detection P < .05 at least in 1 time point at 1 cell type and SD > 0.15 over all the samples. The differentially expressed genes between Th17 and Th0 conditions were identified with the false discovery rate (< 0.1). The differentially expressed probes are classified according to the appearance of the difference.
