Effect of ephrinB2-specific scFvs on single-cell random migration. Cell tracking analysis was carried out for 24 hours at a rate of 1 frame per 10 minutes. Several parameters of random motility were quantified on EGFP-transfected HUVEC culture: (A) 5 significant tracks of untreated, B11-, and 2B1-treated cells were plotted in blue, red, and green, respectively. Trajectories of each group of cells were standardized because they all begin at the same starting post.
