Figure 6. SQSTM1 binds to the CSF3R. (A) HeLa-CSF3R and HeLa-K5R cells were stimulated with Bio-CSF3 or left unstimulated (t = 0) for 10 minutes at room temperature, washed with RPMI and transferred to 37°C for indicated time points. CSF3R binding proteins were pulled down with streptavidin-coated beads from cell lysates and analyzed by Western blotting using monoclonal antibodies against CSF3R and SQSTM1. The percentage SQSTM1 binding relative to the amount of CSF3Rs is given. (B) HeLa-CSF3R cells were stimulated with CSF3-488 for 10 minutes at room temperature, washed and transferred to 37°C for indicated time-points.
