VEGFR-2 is relocalized to Rab11 vesicles on interaction with NRP-1 in VEGF-A₁₆₅a stimulated cells. PAECs expressing VEGFR-2 and NRP-1 (A-D) or VEGFR-2 alone (E) were transiently transfected with the indicated Rab constructs. Cells were stimulated with VEGF-A₁₆₅a (A-B-E) or VEGF-A₁₆₅b (C-D) for 180 minutes. Arrows indicate vesicles positive for the indicated Rab, VEGFR-2, and NRP-1.
