Athymic mice bearing HEL xenografts were injected intravenously via tail vein 2 days after tumor implantation with 1.4 nmol of anti-CD45 Ab-SA conjugate followed 22 hours later with 5.8 nmol of CA and then with 1.2 nmol of 90Y-DOTA-biotin (800 μCi and 1200 μCi) 3 hours later.
