Data were normalized with respect to reactive lymph node and tonsils. (B) PIM expression in various B-cell lymphoma types. Gene expression data were normalized with respect to lymph node expression. Log 2 ratios are shown, and the mean of the series is included for each lymphoma type. There is an increase in the expression of PIM1 and PIM2 in subsets of most lymphoma types.
