Figure 2. IL-36Ra acts as a selective inhibitor of IL-36α, IL-36β, and IL-36γ in BMDCs. BMDCs were pretreated or not with 10 ng/mL, 100 ng/mL, or 1 μg/mL IL-36Ra for 20 minutes before the addition of IL-36α (A), IL-36β (B), IL-36γ (C), or IL-1β at the indicated concentrations.
