Figure 6. Effect of Plg-RKT on thioglycollate-induced monocyte recruitment. Both plasminogen-deficient (Plg−/−) and wild-type littermate (Plg+/+) mice were injected IV with either mAb 7H1 (■) or isotype control (□; 500μg). After 30 minutes, thioglycollate was injected intraperitoneally. A second injection of Ab was given 24 hours later. After 72 hours, thioglycollate-recruited cells were collected by peritoneal lavage and macrophages were purified by adherence. The adherent cells were detached and counted using a hemocytometer. Data represent mean ± SEM; n = 5 in each group.
