GA101 induces actin polymerization–dependent HA and cell death in CD40-stimulated CLL cells. 3T40L CLL cells were incubated with RXL, G, or GXL, respectively. Cells were preincubated with 100nM concA or 1μM cytoD for 45 minutes before the addition of anti-CD20 mAbs. After 24 hours, HA was assessed by light microscopy. Original magnification, 20×.
