Genetic association of individual PCR-SSOP in EBV⁺ cHL. The P value of each SSOP for differences in frequencies between EBV⁺ and EBV⁻ cHL cases is plotted on the y-axis. Genes are ordered according to their relative positions on the short arm of chromosome 6 (6p-telomere to 6p-centromere). Strong associations with EBV status were present only for part of the HLA-A PCR-SSOPs.
