HIV-1 and HSV-2 induction of IFNβ in MDDCs. Day 6 MDDCs were exposed to purified HIV-1BaL or HSV-2186 at MOI of 3 for 3-96 hours. (A) IFNβ mRNA expression was determined by qPCR at 3, 6, 12, and 24 hours after infection.
