Figure 6. TH cells, not PRR agonists, regulate DCTh cytokine secretion profiles. DCTh1, DCTh2, and DCTh17 were generated as in Figure 3C. On day 6 of coculture, each DCTh subset was stimulated with the indicated pattern recognition receptor (PRR) or left unstimulated (Unstim). After 36 hours, cell-free supernatants were collected for measurement of IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10, IL-23p19, and TNF-α by ELISA.
