Overall survival of 62 patients with PMF and unfavorable cytogenetic findings further stratified into 3 groups by the presence of MK, complex karyotype without monosomies, or sole trisomy 8. For purposes of reference, the survival curve of 452 patients with PMF and normal karyotype is included. The latter group of patients was recruited from the same database used to identify the present study population.
