(A) Mice were treated with a single intraperitoneal injection of CB1 antagonist (0.7 mg/kg) from day P12 to P16 and were killed on day P17. New vessel tufts on the surface of retinas were stained using Isolectin GS-IB4. Overlaping photographs of the retinal segments were taken at 4× magnification and the individual images were combined as montages to reconstruct the entire retinal segment.
