VWFpp/VWF:Ag ratios for hydrodynamic mVWF VWF knockout mice expressing wild-type, R1205H, or Y1584C cDNA were sampled after hydrodynamic injection (N ≥ 10). VWF:Ag and VWFpp levels were determined via ELISA. Values are normalized to a mean wild-type ratio equal to 1.0, which is 6.5-fold lower than that of normal C57BL/6J mice.
