Correlation between human platelet and megakaryocyte miRNAs. miRNA expression levels were determined in platelets from 19 healthy donors by microarray (our unpublished data) and in patient megakaryocytes by quantitative reverse-transcribed polymerase chain reaction.⁷⁴  The miRNAs that were queried in both studies were rank ordered and plotted.
