Figure 3. BMDCs treated with LPS+ATPγS increased LLC tumor growth. (A) Coinjection of LLC cells and LPS+ATPγS-treated BMDCs increased tumor growth. BMDCs (5 × 105) were treated for 24 hours with PBS (CTRL), ATPγS (100μM), LPS (100 ng/mL), or LPS (100 ng/mL) plus ATPγS (100μM) and then incubated or not with an anti–mouse AREG blocking antibody for 3 hours. Treated BMDCs were coinjected with LLC cells (2.5 × 105), and LLC tumors were weighted at day 14. Results represent the mean ± SEM of 9 tumors at least for each condition.
